Winterizing

We went home to help Mom with some winterizing chores yesterday. D and the boys prepped Dad's tractor and took it for a spin. I think Dad's tractor goes faster than any of the tractors D has owned. He kicked it in high gear and sped across the yard a couple times. L enjoyed the ride. Seeing D and L ride around the yard together reminded me of the lawn mower rides Dad took me on when I was little.

We stopped by the cemetery to "visit Dad." The weather was nice. It was mostly sunny with cloud coverage. When we walked across the cemetery the clouds moved just right and the sun streamed through. It was gorgeous!

The boys went to Baba's and Grandpa T's house so D and I could get lots of chores done for Mom. Thanks again, B&G. The boys enjoyed your homemade DF hot cocoa and playing in the leaves at your house. :)
